Lucy E Johnson

Lucy holds two sessions of yoga philosophy. Each of these will be immediately followed by a guided meditation.


The first philosophy class will be an introduction where we look at how yoga is defined and what the goal of yoga is.


In the second philosophy session we will go deeper into some of the yoga concepts introduced in the first session.


In the guided meditations, you will learn how to systematically withdraw and calm the mind, so that you can find long-lasting inner peace with the help of yogic meditation techniques.*

Alexandra Paul

Alexandra holds two sessions of yoga, both Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.


Hatha Yoga, which is a classical form of yoga and one of the main branches of yoga, is available to everyone. Its most important elements are the positions as well as relaxation, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and simple meditations that lead to a harmonization of body, mind and soul as well as a life in balance.

Yin Yoga, which targets the deeper layers of tissue and consciousness, is a very calm form of yoga with long good stretches and a focus on breath, presence, flexibility and mobility. Explore your depth and your stillness. Experience healing and transformation.


The combination of Peter Hess® therapy sound bowls and the yoga position itself gives you a holistic and sonorous experience.

Lucy E Johnson

Lucy E. Johnsons is a long time practitioner of yoga and has written two books - the first, "Yoga and Self-Enquiry", won two awards.


Her recently published book"Meditation for the Modern Yogi" focuses on the practical application of yoga philosophy in the practice of meditation.


In addition to occasionally sharing her reflections with yoga teachers and practitioners, she continues to study the Indian scriptures and Sanskrit at the Chinmaya International Foundation in India.

Alexandra Paul

Alexandra Paul runs "Yoga Mira Bai" and has been teaching yoga since 2003. She is a BVY certified Hatha Yoga teacher. This certificate is widely recognised and certified for Yoga Alliance registration.


In addition, Alexandra has taken Yin Yoga and Emily Hess®Klangyoga teacher training and she is a trained Peter Hess®Klangmassage practitioner.
